2010 RobbyT Cards: Jason Heyward, Ubaldo Jimenez, & Mat Latos

I've been slacking on getting anything up lately, but I haven't been slacking on putting together any cards. I'm up close to 300 now for 2010, which is a pretty good start for me with it still being April. I'll be getting more stuff up in the next few weeks. If anybody has any player requests let me know and I'll see what I can do!

Now on to the new stuff.....

Here's super phenom Jason Heyward clubbing a HR on Opening Day, Ubaldo Jimenez during his no-hitter, and Mat Latos sporting a bitching throwback from the '84 season.

Phillies close out Rockies

Boy, this ended up being the best game of the first round. Three runs in the bottom of the 8th for the Rockies to take the lead followed by three runs in the top of the 9th for the Phillies to take it back. Here's Yorvit Torrealba after his double that temporarily gave the Rockies the lead before Huston Street did his Brad Lidge impression. Speaking of Lidge, what's got into him this postseason?

Was it just me or was Torrealba in the middle of every rally the Rockies had this series?

Here's Ryan Howard on a 2008 card. My phavorite Phillie is having a monster postseason so phar.

Ok, I'm phinished with the ph puns......phor real.....

Phillies take the series lead

I missed this one too. An afternoon of beer drinking did me in. I didn't make it past the 2nd inning. It looks like I missed a doozy though. Did I read it right this morning? Brad Lidge got a save? Holy crap!

I'm watching Game 4 as I'm writing this. I guess Carlos Gonzalez is tearing it up for the Rockies in this series. As I wrote that sentence Jayson Werth hit a HR to give the Phillies a 2-0 lead.

I'm going to stop now before I get confused.

Is Pedro ever going to pitch in the playoffs?

Rockies even it up

I missed this game while I was at work yesterday. I guess Yorvit Torrealba fared better than Cole Hamels, pictured here on a 2008 Fall Classic card.

Phillies start it off with a win

The playoffs have begun. The Tigers aren't in them, but they way the Yankees are putting the beatdown on the Twins right now that may not be such a bad thing.

Cliff Lee shut down the Rockies this afternoon. Above is a 2009 Postseason Special card. Below is his 2008 card. Somewhere Chief Wahoo is going boo-hoo.....

Jayson Werth had a big triple in the game too. Here is his 2009 card.
